Matthew 10:8

Jesus tells the disciples they can "heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy and drive out demons"...
Did any of the disciples do any of those feats?

They sure did; everywhere they went. And we are instructed to do the same. (Mark 16:20) The book in the NT commonly called "Acts" is really called "The Acts of the Apostles" and the second part concerns itself with the minsitry of the followers of Christ, both Jew and Gentile. It is a great read.

Thanks for the response Wach!
This just surprised me a little, I had always heard of the miracles that Jesus performed but I don't recall hearing about any of the apostles doing the same or equal miracles. Has any of the other Apostles ever raised someone from the dead?
I look forward to checking out Acts :)
Thanks again!

I'm also just now realizing the danger of this blog... I'm revealing my stupidity or ignorance openly :)
I just checked Acts, and sure enough like you said, Peter healed a beggar and made him walk again.
I'm beginning to feel the fool for asking stupid questions... but hopefully... this will lead to myself (and possibly others) learning more. So, putting my ego aside, I will try to continue asking questions (stupid or not) :)
